Elaine Yingcheng Xu, MD

Yingcheng “Elaine” Xu, MD is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Cooper University Healthcare in Camden, New Jersey. She completed her medical training and psychiatric residency at the University of Pennsylvania, where she began to explore the topics of terminal mental illness, medical assistance in dying for mental illness, and palliative psychiatry. She has published and presented on these topics at various venues, including the 2021 American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting.
